Conrail – Waverly Loop Phase 2

Phase 2 of Waverly Loop included rehabilitation of 10,000 TF of existing track, construction of 12,000 TF of new track, several new turnouts, 3,200 CY of excavation and 6,000 TF of track removal. All work was completed within Conrail’s Oak Island Yard, one of the busiest yards in the Northeast.
